01 — About

Most project managers have run a job. Hank has run the company.

For two decades Hank owned and operated construction firms in South Africa. He bid the work, hired and led the crews, managed the trades and answered to the client at handover, across offices, a church, hospitality, an industrial facility, a 220-unit residential renovation and multi-home luxury developments.

He pairs hands-on concrete and electrical expertise with an owner's focus on schedule, budget discipline and client satisfaction, and he's ready to bring that ownership mindset to a large contractor.
